Admissions staff spent over 120 staff-hours each semester manually matching bank transactions with paper forms, resulting in delayed admission letters, high applicant drop-off, and lost registration revenue.
The Architectural Solution
We engineered an end-to-end digital admissions pipeline powered by Next.js 14 and Node.js with real-time PostgreSQL database indexing. The platform integrates Safaricom Daraja C2B webhooks for instant application fee validation, automated programmatic PDF admission letter generation, and automated SMS alerts upon stage approvals.
