The Challenge
An online supermarket, AfriMart, was experiencing a high cart abandonment rate. Analytics showed that users were dropping off during their complex, five-step checkout process.
Our Solution
Using data from user session recordings and A/B testing, we redesigned and re-engineered the entire checkout flow. We simplified it to three intuitive steps and implemented a mobile-first design with larger form fields and buttons.
